We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, contact us at trendhavensgs@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Return

Email trendhavensgs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
