At Trend Havens, we aim to deliver trending, everyday products with reliable worldwide shipping and transparent delivery expectations.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high demand periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. If delays occur, customers will be notified.


2. Delivery Timeframes

We work with international suppliers to source products efficiently. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 7–15 business days
  • New Zealand: 8–18 business days
  • United States & Canada: 8–20 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 8–20 business days
  • Other regions: 10–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasonal demand.


3. Worldwide Shipping

Trend Havens offers international shipping on most products.

In rare cases, certain items may not be available for specific regions due to supplier restrictions. If this occurs, you will be notified and fully refunded.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and product selection.

From time to time, Trend Havens may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on product pages or during checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to become active.


6. Customs, Delays & Import Duties

Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • International shipping routes
  • Local postal service delays
  • High seasonal order volume

Trend Havens is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal carriers.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details at checkout.

Trend Havens is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error, contact support immediately so we can attempt to update your order before dispatch.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  3. Reach out to our support team for assistance

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.


9. Split Shipments

Depending on product availability and supplier location, items in the same order may be shipped separately. This may result in multiple tracking numbers.


10. Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, reshipping costs may apply.

Refunds (if eligible) will exclude shipping fees.
